I post pictures that I have in my computer under "my pictures" by clicking on the paper clip (attachments) right next to the smiley face at the top of the box I am typing this in. I click on that, go to my documents, then "my pictures", click on the picture I want and it shows up on the post. No foolling around with Photo Bucket or any other programs. I have to shrink them down but someone here or at the BHO led me to a program, that I down loaded and it does that with a simple right click.
