The problem with Ford's plant (I didn't watch the video but I did see a show on the plant) is it minimizes the amount of people that it puts to work. If there is a labor shortage that's a good thing but right now we need to put more people to work.

Mr Ford figured out almost 100 years ago, when you have working people making a good wage they buy your product. What happened, did the world get stupid since then?
