WooHoo First post.....

The dragon brought this home last fall against my objections. She won't let me do anything to it.

Its a 65, with 74K miles. its original and unrestored.

PS th trailer hitch is to protect the body panels, its never towed a trailer.

Very nice looking iron. I wouldn't do anything to it.

Re: WooHoo First post.....

Yeah, but....

I wanted to slam it, paint it flat black, and flame it, but nooooo.

So I told her she has to sell it if she wants to bring the Challenger home. I'm out of parking spaces. She loves that Challenger. its a 73 with 90K miles, 20k of those from her tearing across the province with the pedal down. We bought it for 750, with a toasted engine, dropped in a done up 360, ( after I crated all the original parts) and she drove back and forth to Jasper for a year for work. Its been sitting at her dads place since the brakes went.

Anyone want a T-Bird?

Re: WooHoo First post.....

Duck, I love it! My older brother had both a '64 and a '66. Those interiors are classic. For those of you who have never looked inside a 'Bird of this vintage, the steering column pivots toward the middle of the car for ingress/egress!

The door panels are tuck & roll, and the buckets are to die for! They're thin, fit great, and the entire backs are brushed chrome.

I know... inhigh school, I owned a '64 Galaxie 500 XL, which had the same seats!

I'd keep her, and keep 'er bone stock. (good luck feedin' that 390...!)
