Went and bought ANOTHER project.

'77 CB750....$350....couldn't hardly pass it up. Good compression stock bike w/clear title.

Guess I need to finish up the CB400 and get it outta here

Had a buddy that took a month and a half off from work and toured the US on a bike just like that. He bought it new and had the dealer install the fairing. The bike ran flawless, not even a flat tire.

Yeah, what are the plans?

Not sure yet on the plans. Right now I'm thinking stripped down to bare necessities and low. Gonna have a dirt bike front end that may go on it. legs are longer so a bit of a rake. May end up with a sort of cafe look....I don't really know at this point, they always seem to change once I start cutting and shit.
