Early Christmas Present

While out shopping for Christmas gifts for everyone else I stumbled upon this little gem for $2k....it's a 2006 V-Star 650 with less than 6k miles on it. Not bad I don't think...

Exactly why I bought it! Even if I simply turn around and sell it this spring, I don't think I can lose...not that I plan on selling. It is a bit small (physically) but still not a bad bike in great shape.

thanks all.....Big D, I get distracted all the time by whats in my avitar! lol

ok so I have decided that, after riding 300+ miles already on it, that some things MUST to change.

1) my legs are long so the controls need to go further forward.
2) the seat needs to be reformed! It's good for about 50 miles then i become
uncomfortable...
3) this is mostly for aesthetics, lower the rear a couple inches.

Other than that, it has done well so far..
