Triumph is making some nice stuff. I will still take a Harley and I don't care how many you see on the road.

Well its not so much that it is a Triumph then the fact that the engine base is unique. With all the manufacturers making big ass v twin cruisers its nice to see a side by side for a change, and a big ass vertical it is!

Re: Triumph Thunderbird 1600

Holy crap! A 1600cc vertical twin?

Hmm, with the right crank you could turn it into a twingle, have essentially a 1600cc thumper and use it to plow the North 40. My dog, how much torque could you pull out of that?

Strip that bitch down so that there's nothing on it that doesn't make it go or stop and knock maybe a couple hundred pounds off of it, throw on some compression releases to an actual human could kick it over, semi-knobbies front and rear, a little taller suspension, and it's the absolute ultimate scrambler.

My nipples explode with delight!

Already thinking about one. I've got a Speedmaster with 30,000 troublefree kms on it and a Tiger with 15,000, both dead reliable

I'm thinking 16 or 17 grand because a Rocket 3 is 21 thousand
