how does that run with the elbow??? I have one for my sporty but it just doesnt want to run right,, (way to rich) I know of another sporty with the elbow on it an he is haveing the same problem with his,, (we have both taken the SU off an are running different carbs at this time) Just wondering an looking for input Thanks Looks good

Runs good at temperatures above 70F. I'm running the rich (green) spring and a BBX needle. With cool / cold temps, it runs poor. It will load up with fuel when idling. Lean at 70mph. Cold dense air needs more fuel, I might play with it a little this winter. I think the ID of the elbow is too big and air/ fuel velocity is too slow. When riding in temps of 40F and below, frost will build up on the outside of the intake, about 1/8". I run the short intake during the winter.
