Ok, well I dont think it will hurt any to have waxed the swing arm. Did ya get all the hair off it. Mama dont like to use wax. lol The ride was great today, started out cool 48 degrees, then by the evening it was in the high 50's really a nice ride. Mama is home that a good thing too.

Nice job D. You too Roger. Bet it was nice to be in the wind for awhile. I've been keeping busy doing what I can. The wife has been at the hospital taking care of her 82 year old mother for the last couple weeks so I've been playing secretary, bookkeeper, parts oderer, installer, and trying to keep up. I was reminded of how bad I suck at the first three. She was transferred to the nursing home Thursday so i thought i was getting my help back. Got a deal on a cnc lathe down by Louisville, so i hopped in the truck with the trailer an took off friday morning. Was about 20 miles from the pick up point when i get a call from my stepson, ( which is odd ) and got the news of my mother in-law passing away. Needless to say, I loaded up and hauled ass back. Its been pretty caotic since so, i shut the shop down for the rest of the weekend and probably all next week. Showing is monday and funeral is tuesday. I feel totally helpless and i cant stand to see her in this much pain and not be able to do anything. Any suggestions are very welcomed.

Mike sorry for you loss, It's always hard to know what to do for a loved one in these circumstances, but as Bone said, be there for her. Try to get her to remember the good times and remember that her mother is no longer in discomfort or pain. Prayers sent for your family from mine..

Well today mama and I went to town to get a new television, our set is about 15 years old and started to turn real dark. So mama picked on out she liked at Sam's Club. It is a 46" LCD made by Phillips. Really a nice set. While we were in town she also said she wanted a new microwave. So we got one of those too. All in all it was a pretty expensive day. But what mama wants mama gets. lol

Nice ! Been trying to talk my bride into a new TV, but haven't gotten it done yet.

OH well....she wants to go to the casino today...FREE DRINKS...YAY !!!!

Overcast today. But the rest of the week is supposed to warm up, and be in the 70's by the end of the week. My parts for the shovel will be here on Thursday and I will be able to get back on it. The new TV is nice, its big takes up the corner of the living room. But at my blind butt can see it. The only reason we got one is the other on started to loose it contrast and turned real dark, and I mean real dark. Well I think I will go out and stare at my scoot for a while.

Well this morning I get a call from a buddy and he says were coming over to bug ya. They show up 3 trikes, said we want to go for a ride, we head out to Marysville, about 23 miles away and find a Mexican place and fill our faces. I had chicken tacos with rice and beans. Was good stuff. Headed out too a road north about 30 miles and everybody went there own way and I gassed up and headed home, great day.
