Re: What's up?
I can't imagine trying to shop for the month. Since I retired and the wife still works I do the shopping and the cooking, haven't poisened anyone yet so so far we're both happy with the arrangement but I shop on the average of twice a week. Gotten to the point everyone in the grocery store knows me and most try to avoid me - and I'm such a nice guy, can't figure it out.

Re: What's up?
Wife got a couple neglect rescue cats from the Humane Society, so training them and keeping an eye on them. Been going to work, but have had stomach cramps for 4 days, so not doing much of anything else.

Re: What's up?
Well last nite a friend called and said he wanted to go to breakfast in the morning and was going to call a bunch of the guys we ride with and see if anyone else want to go.
So this morning, actually around noon 6 guys showed up riding 5 trikes and 1 scoot. So instead of breakfast we went to the local Home Town Buffet and pigged out. Was a nice day for a ride, temp was about 60' out and we all had a great day.

Re: What's up?
Well temps here have been pretty good but the bike hasn't come out of the garage, I hope to get some riding in next week though. This weekend is dedicated to visiting sick freinds and relatives and wishing them all speedy recoveries.
How's you Mom doing Big D?

Re: What's up?
went out to the the shop this afternoon and did some bondo and primer on the seat pan that I made. As suggested I fixed the seat bracket and made it so that it is connected in two points and cant move side to side. Will post pic in my progress threat tomorrow. Threw some black paint at the bracket.
Been fighting a couple of skunks under the house. Caught one out the other day early in the morning and took a 22 to it. Set my live trap last night and caught the other one. Dispatched it as well. Hopefully that will solve the problem for a while. Them sucker sure can stink up the place.. I hate skunks...lol

Re: What's up?
I hate skunks too. My son's an exterminator and has to deal with them all of the time. He says most trapped animals go nuts in the cage but not skunks, they just sit there and wait for you to cover the cage, then they take a nap while you transport them. Just don't let them see you coming with the blanket to cover them.
On a side note: one of the old Pineys down here used to love them, said they were really good eating and he got good money for the pelts. So Roger I hope you got some good eating out of them and maybe an unusual seat cover for that shovel your working on.

Re: What's up?
Well so far no more Skunks, as far as I an concerned about eating a Skunk, I will leave that to someone else.. And I don't care if they taste like chicken. lol Today I have to go to the clerks office and get my one day license to perform the marriage ceremony for my granddaughter and her fiance. Jeannette has been fixing the living room area so it will look nice for the kids. This Saturday is the big day..

Re: What's up?
Roger, you could have skunk ordivoirs (spelling ordervs ???) at the wedding. Bet they would have really made for some memories and startled looks when people said "these are delicious, what are they" and then you told them, that's skunk.

Re: What's up?
Well today was high 60's sunny and clear. I worked on the shovel all day. Wife is still getting ready for the wedding on Saturday. She has the house all decorated and looking like a wedding chapel. Hope it makes my granddaughter happy. I got my one day license to act as a deputy commissioner to perform the marriage. I am stoked cant wait.
