IN-KY ride- big fun!
Sister site BHO run #6- Bardstown, Kentucky, last weekend pic's.

Can a cruiser tour? You betcha! Packed in this mess is a tent, sleeping bag and all the comforts to keep an old man alive. Here's a photo op in Bean Blossom, IN, home of Bill Monroe, father of bluegrass. Taken last Thursday... time temp in nearby Morgantown hovering at 100 deg.


State road 135 is a wonderful by-way to get to Kentucky, rolling through the Hoosier National Forest. Near Corydon (tiny river town and temporary state capital) I felt a pop on my grip. The bee (or wasp or yellow jacket) I killed got me back- he stung me in the armpit! I pulled off here to walk off the pain, and shot a few...




Met up and camped in Bardstown, Kentucky. This is the county seat of Bourbon Co. Jim Beam barrell house-


Had a dozen or so this year. Couple of guys out of Chicago were musicians- all told we had 5 pickers here. Great times. One guy was on a '99 Kaw Drifter, and people did double-takes all weekend at this sled.

The road in and out of Rabbit Hash? Looks enchanted... best I can describe it.

Ed REALLY liked the fish tacos at La Hacienda in Radcliff...



Great time! great time! Not a whole lot of pic's (and those being Blackberry ones) but we turned and burned every day, all day! As it should be.
I came back with some Chicago guys, and we lined 'em up in the Hoosier Nat'l forest... somewhere...
