Flooding...anyone else?

We have had some very major flooding here, real nasty, some folks lost a lot. Terrible.

North Jersey always floods but people collect the insurance money and move right back in. Areas up there that were vaction bunglows in the 20's are now permenant houses and they go under water on a regular basis. In my area, it's most sand and the rain goes righ through so flooding is rare. That's why in the 60's so many people moved to this area (and the cheap housing market too) and commute north.

We've had a few small towns get evacuated, numerous farms and single homes emptied out.
