D displays mad, awesome fabrication skills!
Went by the local Harley dealer to get a replacement plug in clip for throttle cables... the ones that look like a barb to plug into a hole in the frame, and a zip tie on the other side...
Some slack-jawed teen was at the parts counter... ahhh fuck it, not gonna even explain it.
Got home, got me out some sheet metal, and presto! In 3-4 days time, a couple of ruined prototypes later, I made my own damn clip!
Awesome, ain't it!
Well... I did get the bolt hole a little off-center... there's that...
Haaaaaa!!!

I love the pure simplicity of it, not overdone and flows with the bike perfectly!

Great stuff there Big D. Better then the push in zip tie things that I get at the local hardware store. I can't wait to see what you come up with next winter now that the fabricating bug has bit ya.

And how long would it take for you to start the mods and void you extended warranty?
