Ass is draggin...

My friend Linda from North Carolina cruised up to see Mamouth Cave, in Kentucky, and ultimately see the covered bridges in Parke County Indiana (Rockville) I took a day trip to ride from Muncie, IN, to Radcliff, KY to meet up with 'em and ride part way.

Left 2 hours before dawn and rolled interstates (Neither of which is my favorite thing to do) to get south to make the logistics work.

Here's a shot of the Ohio river from the IN side looking down-river. The haze is more of a bad cell pic... it was a gorgeous day. That's Linda's friend Jerilyn taking the photo, and LouEvo sneaking around on the right...

Linda just took delivery on a big-motor Victory Tour... the Arlen Ness version. Needless to say, she loves it. I must admit to being startled when I first saw these rides... but on close inspection I must say I really like it. 107 cubes... she reports a Cadillac ride and nimble enough at slow speed...

Who says you have to have an Ultra or a Wing to go tour? And it was funny how people's heads were turning. She's got stuff strapped on, as her tour pack was on order.

Biggest ride I've ever done in a day... I had 534 miles on the clock when I pulled in last night. That's as close to "ironass" as I ever want to get.

But... a great day, great friends, great ride!

Not my cup of tea but it is a good looking machine, may she have many miles of smiles on it.

Only a pretty girl with a new MC would get you on the road before the sun comes up but I'm glad to hear someones putting on some miles.

And in the back ground was a jockey shift sporty. I was thinking a jockey shift might be the next thing you might want to try on your bike Dave, whadya think?
