Wild Hogs (working buddies) got out and rolled Saturday. A bit nippy; forecast was to be sunny and 58F. Haaaa! I left the house to link up with pals Fishbone and Redneck Jim (fisherman) it was 42, overcast, and hazy...

Cleared up, tho... and we got almost 300 miles in...

This was one of those spur-of-the-moment things. Thought we were done for the year... The three of us rode to southern Indiana- Columbus, Nashville, Story, Bloomington area, State road 45 between Bloomington and Beanblossom is nirvana for a motorcycle! Having so much fun, we misjudged the sun going down. Got home well after dark, and frozen!

Jim found us a new road that was Dragon-esque... between Beanblossom and Bloomington. Nirvana!

Great to hear D, 45 is the road I took the first year of the IN/KY run I was tellin ya about. 45 was freshly paved that year and made for some damn good riding..........word to the wise.......summer months "WATCH FOR TURTLES!!" Rippin through 45 and come upon a sharp 10mph right hander and boom......2 painted turtles crossin the road in my lane...pucker factor 0, split em both and hoped for the best...good thing they're slow! Glad to hear you all had fun!
