KROMophobe

hi, I'm Jay and I'm a KROMophobe.
joined a while back and just posted my first thread today in the '' your projects and builds'' forum, with a 1965 Sprint that I'm bobbing for the OL. also ride an '05 Super Glide, '01 Road King Police and an '86 Honda XR 250 for the Dirt. OL has an '07 Honda CRF 80 also for the dirt. mini bike for the kids and an electric chopper for grand kids.
got all the KROME gone on the Super Glide and started Xing it on the King now...like I said, I'm a KROMophobe, the Sprint wont have any either as the OL feels the same way.

Groovy! Truth be known I am not a shiney fan at all, never have been, never will be. Dont mind some nice polishing but the chrome is a bad bad thing. Dig the bikes, love the RK. Welcome man!

Chrome....I can take it or leave it, depends on the bike. But I do believe it can be way overdone.

I feel the same way about my '88 Sporty I traded in on the Dyna, wish I still had it to make into a bobbed solo ride.

I call it Pacific NW ridding season killer, but it forces me to spend more time in the garage.
