Thanks everyone for a great welcome. I run an elderly Norton/Weslake special at El mirage dry lake and Bonneville (when funds permit, as in they didn't this year). The orton started life in 1960 and the motor sometime in the mid 70s. Don't know the exact year I run in 500cc APS/PG. A is special construction. PS is partial streamlining and PG is pushrod gas. The SCTA seperates pushrod motors from two strokes and OHC motors. I've been very fortunate and the Norton holds the class record at El Mirage and Bonneville. So far the fastest run its made has been at El Mirage at 129.917mph. The street rides (which is more occasional than regular) are a '70 CB750 Honda and a '71 SL350 Honda.
