"Beansmom" is a very very special person and a very dear friend of mine. Beansmom and I became "best Buddies" after the passing of her son, Bean.
Bean was a incredible guy, very sincere and a heart of gold and now I know where he got it from!

I am very excited and honored to have "Beansmom" here, please make her at home and welcomed.

I have arrived, let the fun begin! Mr. K has asked me to sign up, so I can act up, I mean interact with you guys. Actually, I am a “Lurker”. Been reading up on you guys forever, know all your secrets & then Mr. K, put a stop to that & said I had to join to find out all the good stuff. Mr. K & I met & became instant friends on the internet after my son Bean died. Bean - 0_gur, use to be on several of the biker forums & was always having me read what some of you guys posted. And I use to read a lot of his e-mails, so I already knew a lot of you in an internet way. Some of you have e-mailed me after Bean died & I truly appreciated all the kind things that you had to say about my son. He was one of a kind.
My husband Jimmy, who died Jan. 1st this year & I use to ride a lot. We had the luxury ride Honda Gold Wing, when you are old & arthritic---you have to ride these bikes. Jimmy was always a Harley guy till after several wrecks & he became old & arthritic. I have to say I have not been on a bike since Bean died in 2006. Somehow the urge to ride just left. I miss it, always cleared my mind, great way to relax & think.
Bean, left me with a few bike parts & someday, after reading all this good information, I may try my own build. So when you hear of this 80 year old woman who has her own tv show & great bike build, You can say, “Oh that’s Dee, I know her”.
THANKS, for the welcome. All of you have helped me through some terrible times in my life. I read the forums late at night when I can’t sleep & it takes my mind back to happier times.

Sorry to hear about all the tragedy in your life as of late. Hope we can help you take a load off your mind as we are mostly a bunch of wise asses and just can't help ourselves. So get out the wrenches and in your spare time away from that TV show / bike build drop in here and let us know what's going on.

Yo Beansmom, Awesome to have you here!! Its a tragic story the stuff this family has endured but Dee has been strong through it all. She is a HUGE inspiration to me and my MOST BESTEST BUDDY!!! Thanks for popping in Dee, ya made my day!

Kevin has told me about you.....and I am glad you are here. I certainly want to express my sympathes.... life can be a hard thing at times! Great highs and terrible lows.....BUT the good makes it worth it!

I only knew Bean for a short time thru Hack's old forum. I really did not know him well but I was tempted to send him a file handle.....

I also think its great to have some more "females" in here ..... Always enjoy that point of view!

I have inlaws in Tenn. and its been a while since I have been there. Beautiful country there.....

What about that file story, I am surprised Bean drove himself to the emergency room, most of the time he came home & sewed himself up, sending me into a tizzy. I enjoyed the memory of that story, some of the things he did were out there. I always worried about the wrecks & things he did. Who would ever have thought his big ole heart would be what got him.
Anyway it's great to be here. You need opinions, point of view or input----I have always got one-----right or wrong. Thanks for letting the girls in!
