heres a couple pics of my project so far...
Hoping to be on the road by the end of june...



Its been a long haul to get me here. originally the project was a 240 rear on a stock frame..... and my trials and errors have led me to this point.

I just dropped it off at the welders, so he can soundly weld up everything I have tacked in place... Hope to have it back early next week...

and next is what I originally did to it..



but I drove it for about 3 weeks and didnt like how it handled at all..
every time i started coming out of a corner, the bike would slap upright. Something I thought I would get used to.. but... i couldnt.. So I started the new venture. top 2 pics of the thread..

so I searched for a frame I liked. and started collecting parts, and selling off old parts on ebay, that i didnt need.. and made back almost all the $$ I spent on the new stuff

Im still looking for a stock 29 tooth or 30 tooth pulley.. if youve got one laying around Id like to purchase it. I bought an aftermarket 30 tooth, sold the original while the 30 tooth was coming in the mail. and the 30 tooth fits, but I have to make a spacer for it and Id rather not..
