A pic of the last ironhead I had

I picked up this 71 ironhead from a guy in a deal on my 73 TR7 bobber. I shouldn't have gotten rid of the bike. Anyway picked up this ironhead. Got it home It didn't take to long to find out that I had been done wrong.The right side engine case was broke out in the rear mount area.So I tore it down set the case the Buck at Goblinmill works. He did and awesome job repairing the case. While the engine was apart I had all the covers,rocker boxes ect powder coated semigloss black. Then painted cases silver. looked good.I had two different front ends one 2 over and 1 stock but with shaved lower legs. The stock front looked better. Someone came along before I finished it and just had to have it. So he paid the right price and away it went. Couple of pics. Ken

looks like a nice ride. I have one that is chopped. I dit the frame mods myself. There is a pic in my gallery. I will post more when the weather breaks around here.

Awesome! I have a soft spot for old ironys. Did many over the years. For the next one I think I will search out a nice old irony and build off that. Great pics.
