Need help with front end...

I'm wanting to order my front end for my 2 up 0 out 34* rigid but I'm not sure whether I need a stock length or 2" under wide glide front end. Is there some trick or formula to figure this out? The bike in the picture is the one I'm building (copying). The stock measures (according to the ad) 24" to bottom tree but how much do they usually settle and is the settle something I need to factor in? BTW, I'm a newbie here and this is my first build. Thanks in advance!

Cool build, dig that style. Level the frame to where you want it to sit with the trees in place, make sure you leave ample ground clearance. Pull out the tape measure and measure away.

If the original is 24 inches from base trees to axle it is 2 over.....

KGDB- thanx for the tip but maybe I should have mentioned that I'm buying a complete front end and currently I don't have trees, trees, or sliders. So you understand my delima. Glad you like the bike cause I'm copying it as best I can. I love SuckerPunch Sally scoots!

Roger- Thanx for the advise, I think I'm going to order the stock length FXSTC front end and get a lowering kit for it if its too long. From my eyeball and measurements it looks like it will be about two inches too long but I'm thinking that once its on the ground the front will set a couple inches lower under the bikes weight. Sound right or am I over estimating that?

The sprung wt wont drop that much, if any. Mock it up to where you want it to sit and if you know the stock measurements of the wide glide front end and what wheel you are going to use then that should give you a idea as to how it will sit. Make sense? I am thinking a stock length wide glide will give you what you are looking for????
