My 1968 T-100 Chopper

Almost finished with this one. I been riding it and breaking in the engine. I had a shorted coil terminal that had me baffled for a while but its fixed now. My chain ate into my oil tank and is leaking so i got to weld that up. Then its back on the road again.

Very nice chop, love the drag bars and girder front end combo. Exhaust looks a little low or is that just the picture?

Re: My 1968 T-100 Chopper

Thanks everybody. Yeah jersey, that rear pipe hits the ground on sharp right turns. Those are cycle shack pipes for a 650. I machined some adapters on a metal lathe so they would fit. I'll use them until i get some better ones. I need to make some backpressure washers for the end of the pipes and will probably get some more horsepower out of it.
I bought this bike in 1984 for $100. Engine had been "rebuilt" and the guys couldn't get the engine to turn over. Someone had one journal on the crank turned .010. Problem was they had .010 bearings on both sides of the crank. I cleaned the sludge trap & got bearings right, installed the cylinders. And didn't mess with it again until a couple years ago.
