Cycle Trailer

Ok, it doesn't look like much now but...... lol
Kicked myself for selling my last trailer so I went looking for a 'cheap' one.
Found this from a good friend, $75 bucks. Titled and licenced.
I wanted a light weight dual purpose trailer, but mainly for hauling bikes.
It is an old Sears, tilt trailer. 5' x 8'
The steel bed comes out and it will be blasted and painted by me.

Hehehehe, I had a couple other pics but I chose that one to show you what GREEN GRASS looks like!

It was nice today. Only about 45 or so but the sun made it feel like 50+
Hey, is it spring yet?

Yep, bought it to drag lots of bikes home! (but she's used to it, lol)

I boogered my back hard today clearing 2 feet of snow off the driveway! I wish it was springtime! My wife just shakes her head when I pull up with a truck load of old rusty bike pieces! lol

Thanks Mr Jimi! It's got the torsion (sp) axle and it's about a foot behind the tires.
Tie downs are done, taking the wheels off now and doing the bearings today. Tires are like new but they're getting new tubes this week, and I need a spare.

Sorry, but I doubt I'll see a bike week soon. Probably not till I retire, it's so far away.
I am trying to get down to Texas this spring to pic up a nice Guzzi T3. That would make a nice ride home.

Gator, it was a pic of a bike I wanted.
I finally got ahold of the guy and bought it last night.
1973 Honda CL450 Scrambler. 10,300mi. All there, $250.
I'll edit and replace that post with a pic later tonight.

I still get a kick out of that green grass. Have a room to rent?

you got a good one to tinker with. I had a 68 CB450 that was a real screamer. Something about overhead cams getting it done. Not knocking the brits, but I never sawe a 650 that could keep up with it.
