the boss's bike
Ok, we had the boss in the shop for awhile saturday and of course we had to drop everything and work on his project ( which he was quite demanding ) So for the next couple of hours we worked on his sled for the upcoming riding season. Because we all know, if the boss does'nt have a ride , no one is going to be riding. LOL I did'nt have a chance to get alot of pics as he kept me hopping untill his boss came out and made him go in for lunch and a little nap. needless to say, he was'nt very happy about it and left strict instructions we were not to touch his project untill he comes back next saturday to work on it some more. Had a great time with him though. It's going to be a blast working with him on this. As you can see, he's not like most boss's that does'nt like to get their hands dirty, he was all over this thing , and loving every minute of it. Here's all the pics I have for now. next weekend,we are going to strip the frame and start mocking up some tanks and maybe making a springer frontend for it.
enjoy!

Re: the boss's bike
Jeez, my boss never came out at lunch time, gave me a sandwich and said I had to take a nap. I would have gladly complied.
He's gonna have a lot of fun with that.

Re: the boss's bike
Ok, it's been awhile since the boss was here. He was moving into his new digs with mom and dad and has'nt had much time to come over and play. So, when he did take a break from moving all his toys and came out to the shop, he was pissed off!!!! His bike was sitting in the corner and NOT on the lift where he left it. Well, after we got him calmed down and i let him help on the pan projectile he left a lttle happier than when he came in. So, I had to think of something to suck up a little and get him back in a good mood. I made him his own lift. I had an old broken barbers chair upstairs in the rec. room and got to looking at it and it hit me. So, here it is. I hope he likes it. That way, he will leave mine alone and I can still get some work done while he's working on his ride. LOL Tomorrow we are going to make him a new frontend and mabey tweak his frame a little. I'll shut up now and you guys can check out the pics.

Re: the boss's bike
It's a shell for the back of the truck we are restoring for a local farmer. It's actually a shell for hauling hogs in. It has stainless hinged doors and a fiberglass top to it. I'm just glad he cleaned it all out before he brought it over. LOL

Re: the boss's bike
Oh yeah I hog hauling truck thing, how could I not recognize that, all the hog farmers around here have them.
Actually all the hogs around here are hauled in rented limo's and they go to bars in Seaside heights trying to get into an episode of The Jersey Shore on Saturday night with the Situation and what's her name.
